Project HOPE Polska’s programs are concentrated in southern and eastern Poland, with ongoing activities in Małopolskie (Kraków), Świętokrzyskie, and Lubelskie, and completed activities in Mazowieckie (Warsaw), Dolnośląskie, Śląskie, and Podkarpackie.

These regions were prioritized due to large and sustained refugee populations and documented gaps in mental-health and basic services outside major cities, based on multi-region needs assessments.
